Cookie Preferences & Policy

Last updated: November 14, 2025

CreatorReply uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the product secure, remember your settings, and understand how people use the service. This page explains what we use cookies for and lets you manage your preferences.

We try to keep our use of cookies simple and minimal. We do not use cookies to run third-party advertising networks.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or web app. They help remember certain information over time, such as whether you are signed in, which preferences you chose, or which pages are used most often.

We also treat similar technologies (such as localStorage) as part of "cookies" for the purpose of this page.

2. Types of cookies we use

2.1 Essential cookies (always on)

These cookies are required for CreatorReply to function. They:

  • Keep you signed in and route your session correctly
  • Help protect your account with basic security and anti-abuse checks
  • Store your cookie preferences

You cannot turn off essential cookies because the service would not work reliably without them.

2.2 Functional cookies (optional)

Functional cookies help us remember optional settings and improve your experience. They may:

  • Remember interface preferences
  • Remember non-critical choices
  • Help keep the app consistent across sessions

If you disable functional cookies, CreatorReply will still work, but you may need to reconfigure some preferences more often.

2.3 Analytics cookies (optional)

Analytics cookies help us understand how people use CreatorReply, such as:

  • Which pages are visited most often
  • How many users visit in a given period
  • Which features are used frequently or rarely

We use analytics in an aggregated way and do not use analytics cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across unrelated websites.

2.4 Advertising cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking pixels on CreatorReply. If this ever changes, we will update this page and provide clear choices before enabling them.

3. How we use your choices

Your preferences determine whether optional cookies may be set.

  • Essential cookies are always allowed
  • Functional and analytics cookies are used only if you consent
  • You may update preferences at any time

If you clear your browser cookies or localStorage, we will no longer have your preferences and may ask you again.

4. Manage your cookie preferences

5. Other ways to control cookies

Most browsers allow you to:

  • Block or delete cookies from specific sites
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Clear browsing data at any time

If you block essential cookies at the browser level, CreatorReply may not function correctly, and you may be unable to sign in or remain signed in.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Preferences & Policy page from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes may also be announced within the app.

7. Questions

If you have questions about how we use cookies and similar technologies, please reach out via our contact form.

8. YouTube & Google API Data

CreatorReply's cookie settings do not affect how Google or YouTube data is handled. Information received from Google APIs is never stored in cookies or used for advertising, tracking, or cross-site profiling.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide user-facing features such as comment retrieval, reply suggestions, posting approved replies, and analytics inside CreatorReply.

Your use of CreatorReply with YouTube is also governed by YouTube's Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
